Yes Live Oaks B&B is much like a hotel or boutique resort. There is housekeeping staff on site to serve breakfast and refresh rooms and bathrooms from 8:30 until 3pm, and a groundskeeper & maintenance man on staff most mornings.

At Live Oaks Bed & Breakfast, check-in as early as 3 PM (unless an earlier check-in was arranged with the innkeeper), and check-out is by 11 AM. These times allow us to prepare the rooms to our high standards, ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest.
